Climbing lesson on the crag, lasting 3 hours, for groups of friends and families who wish to learn or improve their climbing technique with a Mountain Guide.

You will meet the Guide and together you will move towards the spot selected for the activity (the guide will identify the most suitable place based on level and other conditions).

The lesson will begin with a theoretical briefing and an overview of the equipment to be used (included in the participation fee). Then we will continue with preparatory exercises and with the practice of the fundamental techniques that will allow us to move on the rock.Finally, part of the lesson will be dedicated to the safety and protection of companions, an essential aspect for every outing in nature.In total, the activity will last approximately 3 hours
