In these cases the final decision regarding departure may only be confirmed close to the scheduled time. For this reason it is not always possible to guarantee in advance whether the cruise will take place. We are very sorry that you did not receive a reply to your email. Our offices are closed during the weekend evenings, and we regret that this prevented us from responding in time to your message. We are however pleased to hear that, once on board, the service, the food and the care from our crew, especially Andrei, helped make the evening enjoyable for your anniversary. In riferimento ai tavoli sui ponti superiori, effettivamente godono di una posizione migliore, in caso di maltempo però, vengono spostati all’interno dell’imbarcazione, nelle zone di poppa e prua, dove purtroppo la visibilità è ridotta, perché non sono coperti dalla pioggia. Per questo motivo, non potendo garantire la sistemazione all’esterno, il prezzo è ridotto rispetto a quelli con posto all’aperto, dove invece viene predisposta una struttura di riparo dalla pioggia non compromettendo la vista sul panorama. Grazie ancora e speriamo di rivedervi presto a bordo!

Ogni sua segnalazione è per noi importante per migliorare. Per quanto riguarda la mancata consegna del tiramisù, ci scusiamo profondamente. Si è trattato di un errore legato all’inesperienza della cameriera, che, anche se non la riteniamo una giustificazione, era al suo primo servizio con noi. E' un vero peccato che non lo abbia segnalato al momento, il dolce era regolarmente previsto e disponibile per tutti gli ospiti, come indicato sia nel menù cartaceo che online, avremmo potuto rimediare e servirlo immediatamente. Ci dispiace molto. Poniamo grande attenzione alle esigenze alimentari dei nostri ospiti e facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per adattare il menù alle intolleranze comunicate in fase di prenotazione. Il suo commento ci aiuterà a rivedere le alternative disponibili e migliorare la cura nei dettagli. Per quanto riguarda l’orario di partenza, nel periodo estivo viene posticipato di circa mezz’ora rispetto all’orario invernale, per evitare le ore più calde e in considerazione del fatto che molte persone in vacanza preferiscono cenare un po’ più tardi per godersi appieno la giornata. Ci dispiace che il servizio non sia stato all’altezza delle sue aspettative e la ringraziamo nuovamente per il suo feedback, che ci offre l’opportunità di riflettere e migliorare. Please note that your table was reserved, and the dishes were prepared specifically for you. Regarding the location issue, we would like to clarify that, upon booking, all guests receive a confirmation email that includes a Google Maps link with the correct coordinates. We are sorry for any misunderstanding, but unfortunately, the location error was not on our end. We also regret that the onboard manager's response seemed rushed. However, as the service had already started, they may have been occupied with attending to guests. We strive to provide assistance whenever possible, but once the experience has begun, our priority is ensuring smooth service for all onboard guests. For fairness to all our guests, the departure times must be strictly adhered to, as stated in the program. However, we always inform late-arriving guests that they can still join the experience by taking a water taxi to reach the boat. We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding the boat. Our onboard manager may have been temporarily occupied, which is why you did not receive an immediate response. As per our company policy, when guests do not arrive on time, we contact them by phone. In your case, our staff tried reaching you but did not receive a response. The captain also waited an additional 15 minutes past the scheduled departure, hoping to see you arrive. However, out of respect for the other guests onboard, we proceeded with the navigation program.
