Important information	At the time of booking it is asked to choose the area of your table: main deck or prow/stern (detailed information on "DESCRIPTION") From 16th September to 31st May: Embarkation: from 20.00 Departure: 20.15 From 1st June to 15th September: Embarkation: from 20.30 Departure: 20.45 GENERAL REGULATIONS The event will take place even with adverse weather condition as the Galleon is equipped with a covering structure and has heating during winter whereas during summer it is covered in case of rain. The boat is accessible to people with disabilities. The embarkation time must be observed as the event is itinerant and it will not be possible to embark after that time. Please be punctual in order to avoid any misunderstandings or problems for the management and so as not to affect the success of the event. The program of the event may vary depending on environmental conditions, technical factors or other factors, at the unchallengeable judgement of the Captain. All passengers aboard the Galleon are covered by third party civil liability insurance, under current law. Upon request, it is possible to arrange for boarding/disembarking from Punta Sabbioni. Special dietary needs and food allergies must be notified at least 48 hours in before the dinner cruise. Children menu is always served for children bookings (reduced rate from 1 to 12 years old). WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS The dinner will be confirmed with a minimum of 8 participants. Free cancellation or possibility to change date up to 72 hours before the event. No money will be refunded for cancellations in the 72 hours before the event. Non-participation in the event due to the late arrival of a client will not result in money being refunded. In case of cancellation of the event by the company due to technical reasons like breakdowns, or the conditions of the weather or sea, the closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority and/or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management (with the exclusion of client’s reasons), the company will offer the opportunity to book in the future or will refund the money. If it will not be possible to leave the dock to start the sailing or to continue the sailing, after the boarding of the guests and/or after the beginning of the event/dinner, due to technical reasons like breakdowns, the conditions of the weather or sea, the closing of harbour due to order of the competent authority and/or due to force majeure beyond the control of the Captain or the management, no money will be refunded. GIFT VOUCHER The "Gift voucher" is non-refundable under any circumstances. To use the Gift Voucher, it must be validated in advance by choosing a date with available places. Arriving at the embarkation point without a validated voucher does not allow guests to take part in the dinner. The "Gift voucher" can not be used for dates that were not available on the calendar at the time of purchase. "Gift voucher" validity: 1 year from the date of purchase.

Choose carefully the area of your table!

There are two options:

sitting on the main deck (€ 150,00 per person), where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the lagoon while sailing;
sitting on the prow/stern area (€ 120,00 per person): the prow is the most private area of the boat, with only two small portholes at the top and with no view on the outside; the stern area is connected to the kitchen/bar and has small windows for a partial view on the outside. In the prow/stern area tables are set up for 4 seats, so couples could be aggregated according to availability (the tables are still big enough to allow each couple their own privacy).

At the time of booking, you are required to choose the menu (full menus available under “More information”) and indicate any allergies or intolerances.

We had such a great evening on the Galleone Dinner Cruise. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, the instructions were clear, and we were taken care of perfectly throughout the whole experience.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Everything was really well done and we had absolutely no issues with the quality of the dinner or the experience in general.

What we especially loved was the cruise itself. It’s quite long, so you really have time to relax, enjoy the evening and see Venice from a completely different perspective. The views along the way are beautiful and it’s a very special way to experience the city.

We had a fantastic time from start to finish and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. A really memorable evening!

Also our 7th Dinner Cruise in Venice was an incredible experience - for the first time with a bit of rain and wind, it was the same remarkably friendly and professional service on board as in the previous 6 cruises! The Dinner was as great as ever and we enjoyed an exquisite choice of wines - both sparkling and non-sparkling! The atmosphere on board was impressing as always as the Venice scenary makes sure that what you get to see at night is nothing but simply amazing!
We will for sure return next year to do the 8th Galleon Dinner Cruise and we are already looking forward to it!
Special thanks to Emanuele who did an outstanding job this time serving us, advising good wines and entertaining us in a great way!

A great way to spend the evening above the sea

This is a unique way of experiencing the Venetian shores. Almost every seat offered a great view of the isles either at day or night. I was somehow led to the top dining table on the ship and that gave me the best possible sights. Even at night, the islands were still gorgeous to look at. The experience also functions well as an upper-tier evening for dining. The selection was great and the food was fresh and well-prepared. There is a sizeable time gap between courses and the slow journey to behold. After finishing my courses at a relatively quick pace, there were moments where the cruise felt a little too long and bare especially at night. However, this was nonetheless a great experience and something worth doing when searching for something else to do on the Venetian shores.

È un’esperienza da fare, anche per chi, come noi, vive a pochi chilometri da Venezia. La consiglio soprattutto per festeggiare una ricorrenza speciale, perché regala un’atmosfera davvero unica.
Il personale è impeccabile: efficiente, disponibile e sempre cortese. Anche il servizio è molto curato. Un plauso particolare va all’organizzazione della prenotazione: ho chiesto un chiarimento prima di confermare e ho ricevuto una risposta rapida, chiara e gentile.
Il tour che accompagna la cena segue un classico itinerario nella laguna veneziana, uno spettacolo che non stanca mai e che vale da solo l’esperienza.
L’unica nota riguarda la cucina, che probabilmente si presta a qualche osservazione da parte di noi italiani, notoriamente esigenti in materia. Ottimi gli antipasti, soprattutto il crudo; meno convincente il risotto, da rivedere il dolce e semplicemente sufficiente il secondo piatto.
Detto questo, l’unicità della location, l’atmosfera e il fascino della navigazione fanno passare il cibo in secondo piano. Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole, che consiglio senza esitazione.

Une belle experience... mal débutée

Une super experience qui a mal débutée, 1/2 heure de retard pour le départ car 1 couple était absent. Il est bien indiqué sur la réservation qu'il n'y aura pas d'attente des retardataires et qu'il faut être présent 10mn avant le depart. Ce soir là c'est tous les couples (à l'heure) qui ont été pénalisés par le retard de 2 personnes irrespectueuses. Je ne comprend pas que l'équipe est attendu. Nous avons ensuite mangé au pas de course, nous avons même terminé le repas avec 2 plats servis en même temps.
C'est vraiment dommage car l'éxpérience est magique et l'équipe trés sympa.

We had an absolutely fabulous time on the Galeone Veneziano! From the moment we stepped on board, the atmosphere was magical and truly unique.
The food was extraordinary—every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire cruise. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The highlight of the evening was celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. Her birthday cake was not only stunningly beautiful, but also absolutely delicious! She was so incredibly surprised and happy with the entire experience; seeing her joy made the night perfect.
We are leaving with wonderful memories and gorgeous photos that we will cherish forever. Thank you to the entire crew for making her milestone birthday so exceptional. We highly recommend this experience!

Esperienza suggestiva nella laguna, ma con qualche dettaglio da migliorareIl giro sulla laguna di Venezia a lume di candela è stato davvero una bellissima esperienza, l'atmosfera a bordo è magica e molto romantica. Tutto sommato il bilancio resta positivo per l'unicità del contesto, ma ho riscontrato qualche piccolo disagio. Dal servizio mi aspettavo un'attenzione e una cura maggiori, a tratti un po' distratto. Anche per quanto riguarda la cena, avrei preferito qualche piatto in meno nel menù, ma preparato con maggiore cura e qualità. Nel complesso è stata comunque una bella serata che rifarei, sperando in una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli.

What a wonderful way to see the sights of Venice and the surrounding areas at night on the water! We were unable to get seats in the main dining area where there were views and were instead seated in the prow area. It was actually very nice there! My husband and I had a whole table to ourselves and the only other people in the prow area were a nice family from Milan, so we were able to chat with them. We could leave our area as often as we wanted to go above, where we had beautiful view to take photos.

The food was excellent and the supply of wine was plentiful. The staff was also excellent.

We would love to do this again when we come back to Venice. Highly recommend!

No cruise, but good food & excellent service

It was quite clear that with weather warnings for the evening , there might be no cruise that evening , due to fog and mist. But there was no response from management over the weekend to our request to cancel our booking if the cruise would not take place.
On arrival at the galleon we were told that the cruise was not going to take place as of 20.00 but the captain might decide later that he would start the cruise. Therefore we could not cancel at this late stage without forfeiting our (Eu 560) prepayment for the upgraded seats with a view..
Rather than cancel and find a new venue for our anniversary celebration we decided to board.
The service , Andrea in particular, was first class , thoroughly professional. The service throughout the evening was perfect and the food was really excellent.
The evening turned out well.
No contact in the meantime from the company. No response to my email.
As another person suggested probably makes sense to book the less expensive tables and as on our evening everyone was upgraded to the better tables closer to the kitchen.
Again , the crew and food were beyond reproach.

In some rare situations, particularly during the winter season, fog or low visibility can lead the Harbour Master’s Office to restrict navigation for safety reasons. In these cases the final decision regarding departure may only be confirmed close to the scheduled time. For this reason it is not always possible to guarantee in advance whether the cruise will take place. We are very sorry that you did not receive a reply to your email. Our offices are closed during the weekend evenings, and we regret that this prevented us from responding in time to your message. We are however pleased to hear that, once on board, the service, the food and the care from our crew, especially Andrei, helped make the evening enjoyable for your anniversary. On paie pour un ensemble. Autant le repas était très bon, autant il n'y a pas eu de croisière. Le gallion est resté à quai.
De plus les serveurs, n'était pas avenant.

Dans ces situations, l’embarcation reste à quai afin de garantir la sécurité de tous les passagers, de la même manière que cela peut arriver pour les avions lorsque les conditions météorologiques ne permettent pas de voyager en toute sécurité. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’une décision liée à l’organisation de la soirée, mais d’une mesure imposée pour des raisons de sécurité. Nous prenons également note de votre remarque concernant le service, car l’accueil et l’attention envers nos invités sont des aspects auxquels nous accordons beaucoup d’importance. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette expérience gastronomique...Un vrai délice mais déguster autant de plats sur 03 heures de temps, c'est un peu juste. A mon sens, il aurait fallu ajouter 1 heure de plus pour avoir le temps de digérer entre tous les plats. Dommage de ne pas avoir le commentaire des endroits où l'on passe avec la galion surtout quand il fait noir....pas facile de s'y retrouver. Toutefois, notre équipage reste toujours disponible pour donner des informations sur les lieux traversés à toute personne qui en fait la demande. Ho regalato la cena a mia mamma per il suo compleanno e nonostante fosse il 20 settembre è stata una serata molto piacevole. Cibo nel complesso buono e personale estremamente gentile. Il nostro tavolo era situato nella parte alta ed, effettivamente, con il bel tempo quando non chiudono poppa e prua, conviene stare ai lati rispetto alla parte centrale. Quando fa freddo, invece, forse vale la pena spendere qualcosa in più e stare al centro della nave.
Unica nota negativa: essendo già buio quando siamo partiti, è stato difficile capire dove fossimo e sarebbe molto bello se si potesse “annunciare” in qualche modo.

Il personale di bordo, però, è sempre a disposizione e sarà lieto di fornire informazioni e indicazioni a chiunque ne faccia richiesta. Ci farebbe piacere accoglierla nuovamente a bordo.

In fase di prenotazione abbiamo fatto presente un'intolleranza e l'impossibilità di mangiare cruditè, che hanno apparentemente recepito con molta disponibilità. Peccato che durante la cena sugli antipasti c'erano dei gamberi crudi, e non è stato portato nessun dolce (sarebbe bastata una meringa con panna vegetale).
Per la cena normale buoni gli antipasti, così così primo e secondo.
Per il resto bellissima esperienza, molto suggestiva e spettacolare, soprattutto il rientro a Venezia tutta illuminata in tarda serata.
Basterebbe solo più impegno e serietà per renderla perfetta!

E’un’esperienza che consiglierei vivamente. E’stato veramente semplice, anche per me che non sono molto brava con la tecnologia, prenotare on line la serata. Ho ricevuto poi una telefonata da una persona che si occupa dell’organizzazione dell’evento, perché essendo il compleanno di mio marito, avevo prenotato anche una torta (buonissima) per la quale voleva sapere qualche dettaglio, come ad esempio un eventuale scritta da mettere sulla torta, la preferenza sulla forma e se avessi piacere di avere candele o numero. Ho potuto anche ordinare il vino che ama mio marito. Mi è stata data indicazione precisa sul punto di partenza e tutto ha avuto inizio. Il giro è stato fantastico!!!! Cenare con vista sui posti più belli di Venezia E’stato meraviglioso. Il personale è stato molto professionale, sempre presenti, disponibili ed attenti come fossimo in un ristorante di livello e non su un Galeone. Ci si sofferma ovviamente sul giro fatto perché lascia senza parole, ma voglio sottolineare che anche la cena è stata inaspettatamente graditissima. Mio marito era un po’ timoroso su come si potesse mangiare data la situazione teoricamente più “turistica”, invece abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Noi abbiamo scelto la cena a base di pesce (ognuno può chiedere pesce o carne in base alle proprie preferenze) ed abbiamo mangiato divinamente!!! La cifra richiesta è addirittura bassa rispetto a tutto quello che viene offerto. Per chi poi ne dovesse avere necessità per la brezza della sera durante le tre ore di “viaggio” il personale offre la possibilità di usare una coperta per godersi a pieno la vista fantastica di luoghi spesso sconosciuti della laguna di Venezia. Aver avuto tavolino di lato sulla destra è stato ideale. Sinceramente non avevo capito i tavoli sopra fossero ancor più panoramici, dal sito parevano senza vista. Ma vabbè avevo chiamato potevo chieder. E in fondo meglio così per il vento mentre si va.
Sarebbe bello avere la piantina e sapere tavolo in fase prenotazione. Che ricordo gente che provava a farsi cambiare se era in centro invece che di lato

Gentili ospiti, grazie per il vostro feedback e per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza. Siamo felici che l'esperienza vi sia piaciuta! In riferimento ai tavoli sui ponti superiori, effettivamente godono di una posizione migliore, in caso di maltempo però, vengono spostati all’interno dell’imbarcazione, nelle zone di poppa e prua, dove purtroppo la visibilità è ridotta, perché non sono coperti dalla pioggia. Per questo motivo, non potendo garantire la sistemazione all’esterno, il prezzo è ridotto rispetto a quelli con posto all’aperto, dove invece viene predisposta una struttura di riparo dalla pioggia non compromettendo la vista sul panorama. Grazie ancora e speriamo di rivedervi presto a bordo!

La prenotazione è stata facile e ho apprezzato extra, note sulle intolleranze, possibilità di scegliere il menu (visionabile sul sito preventivamente) e l'assistenza ricevuta, quest'ultima ineccepibile!
Tuttavia sono rimasta molto delusa dal servizio: ho segnalato l'intolleranza al glutine e al lattosio, è stato assurdo fare l'aperitivo con delle patatine classiche da bar! Non avere a disposizione neanche delle gallette o due fettine di pane, cose che ho trovato anche nei ristoranti a gestione cinese più sempliciotti, è assurdo!!
Le patatine per un menù da 110€ no.
Per non parlare del fatto che la mia porzione di aperitivo, poteva essere anche lasciata sul tavolo e non portata via senza chiedere! 3 pizzette in croce le poteva mangiare l'altra persona! Era pagato.
Alcune portate, nonostante magari bastasse togliere la crema sottostanti contenente lattosio, ho dovuto cederle alla persona che era con me... Perché? Perché non prepararlo semplicemente a priori senza la base contenente lattosio?
Quello che mi ha fatto incazzare più di tutto, è che il menù prevedeva il tiramisù come dolce e non è stato portato a nessuno, solo a due persone che compivano gli anni, ripeto, nonostante fosse segnato come dolce su sito e carta!
Dal momento che la persona che era con me compiva gli anni e questa cena era il regalo di compleanno (cosa che non ritenevo fondamentale comunicare) e il cui dolce preferito è proprio il tiramisù, ho scelto questa esperienza al posto di altre proprio per il menù.
Trovo veramente assurdo che venga pubblicato sul sito un menù, idem presentato un menù cartaceo completo e poi il dolce non venga servito.
A questo si aggiunge la cameriera che ci ha servito che sembrava quasi infastidita nel portarci il cibo o anche semplicemente la richiesta di avere una bottiglia d'acqua in più!
Aver cenato all'aperto è stata forse l'unica nota positiva, da imprenditrice avrei scelto un orario diverso: bastava anticipare di mezz'ora e ci si sarebbe goduti la laguna anziché vedere tutto buio... Per non parlare della musica, soft per tutta la durata del pasto, sul finale musica che non c'entrava niente: sempre con riferimento alla sola crociera, come avrebbero scritto le maestre alle elementari "buono svolgimento, ma conclusione affrettata". Avrei preferito concludere prima la cena qualora si fosse stata in anticipo piuttosto che tirarla per le lunghe solo per stare dentro nelle tre ore previste, rovinando l'atmosfera.
Personalmente non consiglierei questa esperienza, sono rimasta molto delusa e non credo sia valsa la cifra spesa.

Si è trattato di un errore legato all’inesperienza della cameriera, che, anche se non la riteniamo una giustificazione, era al suo primo servizio con noi. E' un vero peccato che non lo abbia segnalato al momento, il dolce era regolarmente previsto e disponibile per tutti gli ospiti, come indicato sia nel menù cartaceo che online, avremmo potuto rimediare e servirlo immediatamente. Ci dispiace molto. Poniamo grande attenzione alle esigenze alimentari dei nostri ospiti e facciamo sempre del nostro meglio per adattare il menù alle intolleranze comunicate in fase di prenotazione. Il suo commento ci aiuterà a rivedere le alternative disponibili e migliorare la cura nei dettagli. Per quanto riguarda l’orario di partenza, nel periodo estivo viene posticipato di circa mezz’ora rispetto all’orario invernale, per evitare le ore più calde e in considerazione del fatto che molte persone in vacanza preferiscono cenare un po’ più tardi per godersi appieno la giornata. If you are looking for a different dining experience around Venice , then this one could be for you. Booking on the website was easy , choose your date , only one dining time to choose ,choose your menu seafood ,meat, vegetarian, price is more than a normal restaurant BUT when you get there WOW.
As you watch the Galleon sail across the Venice Lagoon it does produce a WOW from you , camera straight out. There were only 9 or 10 tables in the deck area ,so room between everybody to move , dress as you please formal , relaxed or just to enjoy the evening , great views all around from all the deck tables as you travel on a 3 hour trip around Venice and the islands.
We had the meat menu this included - bottle of Prosecco bottle of red or white wine , 4 course meal with each course having 2 courses ,so 8 in total , no choosing what to have. ALL the food was fantastic well presented , hot when required for the dish.
The crew were brilliant no other words for it ,bread and glass top ups by the crew constantly , food brought to your table at your pace.
You were able to go out on the front or rear decks to get even better views and of cause photos.
A brilliant evening.
YES VERY much worth the price for the dining and experience.

The entire experience was just boring. The staff didn’t interact with anyone. No one told us which islands we were passing by. Since it’s dark and you aren’t really seeing much I’d have expected something fun while onboard. Overall just a dull dinner. Quantity of food is the only good thing I can say about this experience. Bateau et équipe très sympa... Très bon repas... Presque trop copieux... En revanche grande déception car à cette période (22 mars) la croisière se fait donc de nuit...noire.... Nous pensions voir la côte illuminée... Mais finalement on ne voit rien... Ou quasiment rien... sauf sur le retour à Venise. Dommage ! Une croisière de jour aurait été plus appropriée... Mais sans doute impossible à cause du trafic en journée.

Nous comprenons que l’obscurité de certaines zones de la lagune ait pu limiter la visibilité, surtout lorsque la lune est couverte. Beaucoup d’endroits sont des espaces naturels sans éclairage, ce qui peut influencer l’expérience visuelle. Cela dit, nous pensons que la quiétude du soir, les maisons colorées de Burano, les célèbres verreries de Murano et le passage par le bassin de Saint-Marc conservent un charme particulier, même de nuit. L’idée d’une navigation de jour est excellente, et nous y travaillons justement afin de pouvoir la proposer à ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la lagune vénitienne sous un autre angle, dans toute sa beauté naturelle. Regarding the location issue, we would like to clarify that, upon booking, all guests receive a confirmation email that includes a Google Maps link with the correct coordinates. We are sorry for any misunderstanding, but unfortunately, the location error was not on our end. We also regret that the onboard manager's response seemed rushed. However, as the service had already started, they may have been occupied with attending to guests. La cena è molto particolare ed interessante, Il viaggio notturno ha il suo fascino anche se in inverno, diventando buio presto, si gode meno il panorama. La vista di Venezia dal punto di vista dell'acqua è completamente diversa dalla visita interna.
La cucina è stellare. Il servizio preciso, non invadente, e amichevole. Il galeone è ben configurato, il viaggio e cena sul ponte permette di vedere meglio il percorso, il sotto coperta è più intimo ma non permette la visione di Venezia dal tavolo.
è un'esperienza da fare, e sicuramente 5 stelle.

Il cibo molto buono, l'atmosfera molto piacevole e ricercata.
Nota negativa la lentezza al momento dell'imbarco. In una serata ventosa e fredda la signora dell'accoglienza ha fatto tutto con tempi che non tenevano in considerazione il disagio dovuto dal meteo. Siamo stati lasciati fuori al freddo. Inoltre viene chiesto di presentarsi all'imbarco 10 minuti prima dell'orario stabilito ma è possibile iniziare ad entrare all'orario esatto (anzi alcuni minuti dopo) con il risultato che si somma l'attesa.

Cosa dire? Una delle migliori cene e la migliore cena di compleanno della mia vita...Location di partenza facilissima da trovare...Il galeone tanto favoloso ed elegante quanto unico nel suo genere e divertente...Musica sempre perfetta, sia come playlist delle sonorità che come livello del volume, mai anche lontanamente fastidioso, sempre correttamente di sfondo, di accompagnamento ma tale da poter ballare se mai uno volesse ( e ci dovesse riuscire sfidando il dondolio )...Menu più soddisfacente che mai, sempre con due piatti diversi serviti per ogni portata, a partire dagli antipasti stessi, forse alla fine anche davvero troppo generoso in quantità ( i miei complimenti a chi sia mai riuscito a mangiare tutto )...Qualità elevatissima del cibo ( chapeu allo chef! ) e dei vini...Il servizio da ristorante 5 Stelle, con menzione speciale alla simpatia, cordialità, prontezza e professionalità di tutti i camerieri ( senza nulla togliere agli altri, Davide in primis )...La torta di compleanno per le mie amiche delicatissima e fatta davvero bene ( e lo scrive e l'ha mangiata uno che detesta ed evita i dolci/dolciumi con integralismo e fervore stile fazioni di fan di Star Trek e di Star Wars )...La durata della crociera della "misura" giusta, quasi tre ore, con vista di Murano, Burano, Mazzorbo, Torcello e - dulcis in fundo - Piazza S.Marco, davanti alla quale il galeone si ferma per diversi minuti per permettere agli ospiti di godersela e fotografarla in tutta la sua magia notturna...La crociera, poi, per noi è stata magica all'ennesima potenza perché è stata benedetta dalla "famosa" luna piena azzurrina che per tutto il tempo ha illuminato la notte e brillato di riflesso sull'acqua...Grazie a tutti voi per la magnifica serata che ci avete fatto vivere!!!

Suite aux mouvements sociaux en France nous ne pouvions nous rendre à Venise puisque la compagnie aérienne a annulé le vol. Nous avons réceptionné un WhatsApp de l'organisateur et nous l'avons informé. Sa seule réponse était : dommage une prochaine fois... pour 130 euros c'est un peu fort. Soyez vigilants futur voyageurs et ne vous faites pas avoir !

We apologize if our reply seemed hasty when the crew on board contacted you as you were not at the embarkation point but, at the time of embarkations there are some procedures that has to be done quickly so that all guests can be accompanied to their table without waiting too long outside and so that to avoid delay in the program of the cruise. The persons in charge of the embarkation sent you a message writing that she was sorry for your inconvenience and nothing else just for a matter of time and surely not because of a lack of sensitivity. Our offices, during opening times, are always at disposal for any information or explanation to our guests. We are sorry our cancellation policy written of the booking page seemed so not clear to you, as to bring into question the seriousness of our company, for this reason we would like to provide you with further explanations: As stated in the “important information” on the booking page we refund all tickets cancelled 72 hours before the event. Unfortunately, you did not inform us about your impossibility to take part in the dinner, we were informed just when our staff phoned you the staff did not saw you at the embarkation point. All things considered; we are at your disposal to send you any needed documents in the case you decide to ask a refund to the airline or to your travel insurance, if you have one.

We had a wonderful evening.
The staff was very friendly and on top of their job the whole night.
The food was fantastic. We had two fish menus and one meat menu. I wrote a week in advance requesting one of the menus being served without bell pepper and wasn’t disappointed.
We thought the dishes on the menu were at times an “either or” choices, but no. You get everything on the menu. So come hungry.
The portion sizes are not small at all and we were stuffed with good food at the end.
If you book this experience as a sightseeing trip, you might be disappointed since at night you can’t see that much of the lagoon.we didn’t so this isn’t a negative factor for us. the view of the empty lit up piazza San Marco at the end of the evening was amazing.
For those afraid to be cold in the winter months. You don’t have to be, we even had to ask the heating to be turned down a bit. In conclusion this experience is worth the money and I’d recommend it in a heartbeat. If as a romantic present for your partner or as a nice dinner with your loved once (friends, parents etc). Since it is a quiet candle light dinner and pretty late I wouldn't recommend bringing kids.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend. Mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlichen und professionellen Personal.
Kommt hungrig, die Portionen sind nicht klein und man bekommt wirklich alles vom Menu. Wir dachten zunächst, dass es bei manchen Gängen eine entweder oder Entscheidung sein würde. Aber nein man bekommt wirklich alle Gerichte die auf dem Menü aufgeführt sind.
Wir hatten zwei Fisch Menüs und ein Fleisch Menü. Auf Nachfrage wurde bei einem Menü auf Paprika verzichtet (eine Woche vor der Fahrt angefragt).
Wer die Fahrt als sightseeing bucht, könnte etwas enttäuscht werden. Da bei Nacht nicht zu viel von der Lagune zu sehen ist (wahrscheinlich auch der energiekrise etwas zu verdanken). Aber dies war für uns kein Faktor.
Auch frieren muss man im Winter nicht, die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut auf dem Schiff.
Zusammenfassend ist dieses Dinner sehr zu empfehlen.
Ob als romantisches Dinner mit dem Partner oder als gemeinsames Dinner mit den Liebsten. Ich würde allerdings abraten mit Kindern zu kommen.

The Galleon was cruise was just as I had expected it to be, amazing. The ambience was lovely and the food was great. This is a must if you're in Venice for honeymoon, couples date night, anniversary meal, romantic birthday meal etc! The only thing they need to improve on is, when you're sitting down at the table, you can't actually see any of the scenery outside as the view from the window is above and below eye level. At eye level all you can see is the side of the boat which is a little annoying as the reason you book this 3 hour experience is to see Venice in all its glory but stuck with seeing a piece of the boat. You have to either stand up or put your head down to look through the window. Apart from that the experience is amazing, it would be a lovely surprise gift for your partner, the atmosphere is very romantic with the music playing and dimmed lights. I ordered the fish menu and it was delicious, all the food came out at the right time and was prepared perfectly. The booking includes a bottle of alcohol - I don't drink, the staff were happy to give me coke instead (I refilled my glass once, could have had more if I asked). The best course for me was the dessert, I got a tiramisu and it was the best I ever had!! So delicious!! The staff are very accommodating, and very responsive via emails! I'm from the UK and booked this after reading so many wonderful reviews and it did not disappoint. I have given 4 stars only because I couldn't see outside whilst I'm eating at the table.
