We were 5 adults and 3 teens and did a day trip from Caorle to Venice and during my research I found a blog mentioning that you can take a ferry to Venice from Punta Sabbioni. The parking is way cheaper there compared to parking in Venice (€7 vs €25-35) and then the ferry was a total of €15 per person for round trip. It says that they leave every 30 minutes but as soon as one boat leaves, another was there to take its place so the wait times were minimal. The Vaporetto would’ve been €19 per person round trip.
The downside is that the latest return ferry is at 7 pm so if you want to stay in Venice later, this is not for you. Another thing is that we got digital tickets but when you get there they have a little booth where we had to go and get actual tickets by showing our proof of payment. This isn’t mentioned anywhere but I read it in the reviews so we came prepared. On site, the queue and the booth are a bit chaotic and disorderly but it goes fast so we could live with that.
On the ride there we were on a small boat with only indoor seating and there was no air circulating in there and it was extremely hot so bring a fan. On our way back we were on a bigger boat sitting outside and the breeze cooled us off.
All in all, we enjoyed the experience and would book again if we would be in the area.

Réservation en ligne simple et efficace.

Arrivés sur place, rien n'indique la direction. Une file de personnes (env. 200 pers.) attendent. Si une personne ou un panneau nous aurait indiqué que cela n'était pas la bonne file, cela aurait été utile ! Il faut dépasser toutes ses personnes et aller à l'autre bout du pont.

Pour le retour, IL N'Y AVAIT PAS DE BATEAUX et bien entendu aucune indication nulle part si ce n'est qu'il fallait prendre le bateau standard de catégorie inférieure.

Une personne de l'équipage nous a refoulé car nous ne portions pas de masque alors que nous voyons les autres passagers sans masque non plus. Nous avons du attendre plus d'une heure à quai pour le prochain transport.

Gentile Ester, Merci pour votre avis, malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas mettre une personne avec une pancarte, mais notre quai est bien signalé par un panneau de 2 mètres de haut et un comptoir avec notre grand logo. Nos filles au banquet ont aussi la chemise avec le logo. Pour le retour, à Venise, nous ne pouvons pas mettre des panneaux, mais nos bateaux ont tous notre logo en grand avec un lion rouge en face du bateau. Notre flotte est composée de bateaux transportant entre 150 et 300 personnes, nous n’avons pas de bateaux de catégorie inférieure et, surtout, selon les lois en vigueur, nous n’avons pas l’obligation de masque. D’après ce qu’il a dit, nous pensons qu’elle a pris la ligne publique, la seule entreprise qui a l’obligation de porter un masque. Gentile Ester, grazie per la sua recensione, purtroppo non possiamo mettere una persona con un cartello, ma il nostro pontile è ben segnalato da un cartello alto 2 metri e un banco con il nostro logo grande. Le nostre ragazze al banchetto hanno anche la camicia con il logo. Per il ritorno, a Venezia, non possiamo mettere cartelli, ma le nostre barche hanno tutte il nostro logo in grande con un leone rosso di fronte alla barca. La nostra flotta è formata da barche che trasportano dalle 150 alle 300 persone, non abbiamo barche di categoria inferiore e, soprattutto, secondo le leggi vigenti, non abbiamo l’obbligo di mascherina. Dalle sue parole, pensiamo che sia andata con la linea pubblica, unica azienda che ha l’obbligo di mascherina.

Die Fahrt mit dem Schiff war gut und entspannt. Das Schiff war sauber und die Aussicht gut. Allerdings sind vor Ort am Ableger alle Parkplätze ausgebucht gewesen (obwohl wir 45 min eher da Warensendung vorab reserviert hatten). Wir mussten sehr weit außerhalb am Seitenstreifen parken und den weiten Weg (mit 3 kleinen Kindern) laufende rennen, was in der Mittagshitze eine Katastrophe war. Leider haben wir das Schiff um 1 Minute verpasst. Die Mitarbeiterin am Schalter war sehr freundlich und hat uns eine Mitfahrgelegenheit 30 min später organisiert.
Die Rückfahrt war beim Check in katastrophal: sehr viele Leute in praller Sonne, die bei Ankunft des Schiffes gedrängelt haben. Es gab keine Absperrungen o.ä.die die Menschenmenge reguliert hat. Wir hatten Sorge, dass unsere Kinder zerdrückt werden. Auf dem Boot war dann zum Glück alles gut. Mit Kindern würde ich es so nicht noch einmal machen.

Sehr geehrter Kunde, leider haben wir Hochsaison und viele Leute reisen an Wochentagen nach Venedig. Wir weisen unsere Kunden immer darauf hin, dass es ideal für das Fahren am Wochenende ist. Venedig ist eine fast 2000 Jahre alte Stadt und es ist nicht möglich, Pavillons oder andere Objekte aufzustellen, um den Booten bei ihrer Rückkehr einen Liegeplatz zu bieten. Dies ist ein heißer Sommer für alle, Erwachsene und Kinder.
