The guide will be in front of the theater holding a yellow sign with "TOUR" written. We kindly ask to be arrive the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled activity. Depending on the tour chosen (Italian or English), there will be a break between the walking tour and the Arena tour. Please check the details on this voucher for more information, or contact us. The meeting point for the Arena tour is always in Piazza Bra, in front of the Arena ticket office, which corresponds to gate no. 5.

The walking tour of Verona, lead by Maria, was fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and was able to answer even the most obscure questions! This was a fantastic way to get orientated in this incredible city with so much history and plenty of curiosities and stories that Maria shared about the evolution of the city over the centuries. Highly recommend Ways Tours (I’ve done 4 between Verona and Bologna) and Maria and the team have all been fantastic! Having a small group helps immensely with being able to hear and ask questions.

Per il 29 sett 2026 ho prenotato un tour a piedi di Verona ed Arena, per due persone in italiano. Appena arrivato al punto di incontro presso il Teatro Ristori ho appreso dalla guida che il tour era in inglese. La guida ha scaricato le colpe sulla prenotazione, e si è rifiutata di concederci di volta in volta della spiegazioni in italiano. Ho contattato i numeri a mia disposizione, tutti collegati a segreterie telefoniche, senza ricevere alcuna assistenza. Quindi chiedo nuovamente il rimborso totale dei due biglietti pagati. Se non rispondete a queste mail è inutile chiedere il parere agli utenti.
